Short bio
Giulio obtained his degree in Economics at the University of Trieste in 1988 and has since worked in technology marketing with Electrolux Italia, IBM Italia and Wind Telecomunicazioni, before moving to deal with the deplyment of e-government within an Italian government project in 2004. Since then he has held various roles, especially in the Italian Public Administration, including that of General Manager of a municipal company and research collaborator for the Department of Economics of the University of Trieste, always operating in contexts of project management, Europlanning, technology dissemination and territorial cooperation for development.
